Over the past two years, investor Maksym Krippa has become a key player in Ukraine’s commercial real estate market. His latest venture shifts focus to the residential sector, with direct involvement in DIM. As Oleksandr Nasikovsky, DIM’s founder, stated, Krippa’s participation will support project completion and new developments.

One flagship project where Krippa’s investment plays a crucial role is The One residential complex, just 400 meters from Parus Business Center. The project will set new standards for urban living in Kyiv, integrating modern architectural designs with high-quality infrastructure.

“I am not just entering DIM as an investor—I am becoming a co-owner,” emphasizes Maksym Krippa, highlighting his commitment. His involvement ensures financial stability for the developer, facilitating project execution.

DIM is a primary residential developer in Kyiv, with a portfolio exceeding 900,000 square meters of completed and planned real estate. The company has delivered 356,000 square meters, providing 3,670 families with new homes. Currently, DIM is constructing six large-scale complexes spanning 346,000 square meters.

Krippa’s capital infusion accelerates project completion and enables new developments. By securing new funding, DIM aims to reduce reliance on sales, ensuring continuous construction and financial stability. This move strengthens its market position.
