- Enter your Customer ID and click on “Proceed”.
- On the next page, select the “Debit Card” or “Credit Card” option as per your card type.
- Enter your card details, including the 16-digit card number, expiry date, and CVV number.
- Enter the OTP (Time Password) sent to your registered mobile number.
- Once you enter the OTP, you will be redirected to the Net Banking dashboard.
- From here, you can view your account details, make transactions, and avail of other services.
Remember to keep your debit or credit card details safe and secure and never share them with anyone. Also, be sure to log out of your Net Banking session when you are done to prevent unauthorized access.
How can I get my customer ID?
You can find your Axis Bank Customer ID in various ways:
- Your Customer ID is printed on the first page of your Axis Bank passbook.
- You can find your Customer ID on the welcome letter and other correspondence sent by Axis Bank to your registered address.
- You can also find your Customer ID by logging in to your Axis Bank Mobile App. Click on “Profile” in the menu and then select “Personal Details”. Your Customer ID will be displayed at the top of the screen.
- Alternatively, you can visit your nearest Axis Bank branch and request your Customer ID. You will need to provide your account details and valid identification proof.
Once you have your Customer ID, you can use it to log in to Axis Bank Net Banking and avail of various services.
If you have a login ID/user ID but are using Internet Banking for the first time, follow these steps:
- Click on the ‘First Time User’ option.
- Ensure you have your Customer ID, account number, registered mobile number, and Debit Card with you.
- Enter the Customer ID, account number, and registered mobile number, and click ‘Proceed’.
- Enter the 16-digit Debit Card number, the ATM PIN, and the expiry date. Select the Indian Rupee – INR option in the card currency. Accept the terms and conditions and click ‘Proceed’.
- Create a login password of your choice keeping the rules in mind and re-enter it to confirm the password. You will receive an OTP on the registered mobile number. Enter the received OTP code and click on ‘Submit’.
The process is now complete, and you can log in using the login ID and password.
For NRI customers:
- Post-log-in, you will see a message asking you to register for Netsecure, which is a 2nd-factor authentication ensuring an additional security layer for all online transactions like fund transfer, bill payment, mobile recharge, etc.
- Select the mode of Netsecure you want to opt for.
- Enter your mobile number, accept the terms and conditions, and click ‘Register.’ (Please enter the same mobile number that you registered earlier for Internet Banking).

If you do not have a username and password or Debit Card (not registered for Internet Banking):
- Visit your nearest branch and fill out the Internet Banking registration form.

- Read all instructions overleaf before signing.
- The form must be signed by all account holders.
- Submit the form to any of our branch offices.
- While submitting the form at the branch, register your mobile number for Netsecure.
- You can also register your mobile number for Internet Banking by visiting your nearest Axis Bank ATM.
- Axis Bank shall send you the passwords by mail. Post receiving the passwords, log in to Internet Banking.
